We founded Trima on a simple idea: a company should get software that fits the way it works, instead of paying every year for licenses that almost fit. Our AI agents build it, experienced people review every step, and the code always belongs to you.
Time and again we saw companies paying ever-rising license fees for platforms that don't quite fit the way they work, and teams doing by hand, in spreadsheets and email, what an application could do in seconds.
With AI, a custom application no longer has to be a long or expensive project. That's our bet: a small or mid-size company can have software designed around its own process, and own it.
CEO & Co-founder
A business administration student and an entrepreneur since high school. He has built businesses in egg distribution, e-commerce (dropshipping), and the import and distribution of premium Angus beef cuts.
That last one, Sello Parrillero, was Trima's first client: it's where we tested our way of working on a real business, and its case study is public. As CEO, Juan José leads the business and its growth, and runs all of sales and marketing.

CTO & Co-founder
More than 20 years in technology. A systems engineer who started out as a certified SAP developer and consultant, he has spent over 15 years leading software projects end to end: business analysis, product ownership, user experience and agile delivery.
He knows low-code platforms from the inside: he worked for years with one of the leading platforms and is certified in it. As CTO, he leads Trima's technology and its team of AI agents. He speaks Portuguese (his native language), Spanish and English.
