1.Who we are

2.Services

Trima designs and builds custom software with the support of artificial intelligence, as an alternative to generic software licenses. Our services include:

• Assessment of your operation and the software licenses you use.
• Prototypes and solution proposals.
• Custom software development.
• Process automation and documentation.
• Integration with your current systems and platforms.
• Support, maintenance and continuity after delivery.

The scope, timelines, prices and deliverables of each project are defined in the commercial proposal you approve.

3.Free discovery call

The initial discovery call is free and does not oblige you to hire anything. Any savings, timelines or costs we mention during it are estimates and only bind us once they are written into an approved proposal.

4.Proposal, approval and changes

Before building, we show you a prototype and a proposal. Development starts once you approve it in writing (an email is enough).

If you want to change the scope during the project, we will agree in writing on the adjustment to time and cost before carrying it out.

5.Your commitments

• Provide truthful and complete information about your operation.
• Give us timely access, approvals and a contact person for the project.
• Hold the rights and authorizations needed for the information, data and systems you share with us.

If any of these is delayed, the schedule may be adjusted accordingly.

6.Prices, payments and refunds

Prices, payment method and billing milestones are defined in each proposal. Payments are made electronically.

If a payment is late, we may pause work until it is settled. Once development has started, amounts paid for work already performed are non-refundable, unless the proposal states otherwise.

7.Code ownership

There are three exceptions:

• Tools owned by Trima or our partners. The tools, components and methodologies that existed before the project, or that we or our partners use generally to carry out our work, remain the property of Trima or the respective partner.
• Third-party and open-source software. It is governed by its own licenses.
• Third-party services. Cloud services, APIs or AI models used by your solution may have their own costs, which we detail in the proposal.

Your data and content are always yours. Prototypes and proposal materials that are not hired remain Trima’s property, and we will not use your confidential information in them for other clients.

8.Use of artificial intelligence

We use artificial intelligence tools to build faster, document and generate analyses. A member of our team reviews everything we deliver.

AI-generated analyses and insights are meant to support your decisions, but they do not guarantee results. The business decisions you make based on them are yours.

9.Regulatory compliance

We design each solution taking into account the regulatory requirements identified in the discovery call and agreed in the proposal, such as data protection, information security or requirements specific to your industry.

Your operation’s regulatory compliance and its final legal validation are your responsibility. Trima does not provide legal advice.

10.Delivery, warranty and continuity

We deliver the software tested and documented. During the warranty period stated in the proposal, we fix at no cost any errors caused by our work.

After that period, support, maintenance and improvements are provided under the continuity plan we agree on.

11.Confidentiality

Both parties will keep confidential any confidential information they learn during the business relationship, including after it ends. Our execution partners are bound by the same obligation.

12.Execution partners

We may carry out projects together with our execution partners: Felikis, SI Soluções Digitais and Vecteris Solutions. Even so, Trima remains responsible to you for what you hired directly from us. If you hire one of our partners directly, that partner will be responsible to you.

13.Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Trima is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of data or business opportunities. Our total liability for a project does not exceed the amount you paid for it.

Nor are we liable for failures of third-party services, use of the software other than as intended, or modifications made by others.

14.Use of this site

The content of this site is for information only and does not constitute a binding offer. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or error-free.

Client and partner logos belong to their respective owners. Copying or reusing the site’s content without authorization is not permitted.

15.Personal data protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy policy and Colombian Law 1581 of 2012.

16.Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. If a disagreement arises, we will first try to resolve it directly for 30 calendar days. If we cannot reach an agreement, we may turn to conciliation at the Arbitration and Conciliation Center of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce. If conciliation does not resolve the disagreement, it will be settled by the competent courts of Colombia, in accordance with Colombian law.

17.Changes to these terms
