Capitals, spaces and the same thing spelled several ways (“Emp+Spouse”, “EE+SP”).
Amounts and numbers

Is my file uploaded to the internet?
No. Everything happens in your browser, on your computer. We don't upload, store or see your file. That's also why there's no sign-up.
Is it free?
Yes, no sign-up and no email. It cleans the first 100 rows of each file, up to 3 files a day. It's a sample of what we do at Trima.
What happens when the tool isn't sure?
It asks you. For example, whether “RET” means “Retiree”. If you say yes, it standardizes it across the whole file; if you say no, it leaves it as is.
What if I want this for every file, every month?
